Legalising pan status

THE EDITOR: Having declared pan and the month of August as being synonymous, may I suggest that whenever the occasion arises to play the national anthem at any government function – national or international, sporting or otherwise – or at any government facility rented for public use, it must be played on pan, the national instrument?

This course of action will most certainly jumpstart the process of placing pan on the same legal status as Pan Trinbago and the National Steel Orchestra.
