Villagers help recapture sixth escapee

Information from villagers led to the capture of Atiba Sealy, police said.

A senior officer in the Central Division said the close relationship between police and Las Lomas residents paid off this morning, when they were told Sealy was still in the area and was trying to leave El Carmen village on foot.

Police received the tip-off at around 10.45 am and a patrol saw a man matching Sealy's description walking along the main road. He appeared to have changed his clothes and tried to blend in with residents.

The officer said the residents were very helpful to the policesearch and credited the good relationship to Sgt Figaro of the Las Lomas Police Station.
