THE EDITOR: For decades there has been a continuous stream of complaints about WASA, especially about shortages of water in some very inhabited areas. WASA continues in its storytelling mode.
Now suddenly out of the blue, and though still in the same mode, WASA says it needs at least $12.7 billion to put things right. What happened to all the money it made over the decades? I suppose in the end the taxpayers will have to foot the bill, eh.
