Coastguardsman charged for attempted murder

A member of the TT Coast Guard was charged on Thursday evening for attempting to murder his wife WPC Kelly Ann Humphrey.

The man is expected to appear before a Port of Spain Magistrate on Friday to answer the charge.

Humphrey, 29, is in critical condition after she was doused with a flammable substance and set on fire.
