Two men killed, Arima, Morvant

TWO men have been murdered in two separate incidents in Arima and Morvant.

According to police, they found the decomposing body of Michael Dedier of Sherwood Park, Arima, handcuffed with bullet wounds in an abandoned house at By-Pass Road, Arima around 10 am on Sunday. Police said he was last seen by relatives a few days prior and when he could not be contacted, they traced his car to a location near the abandoned home. Police could not give a motive for his killing.

In the other incident, taxi-driver Desmond Braithwaite was found dead at his Cassia Trace, Morvant home on Friday night. Police said Braithwaite, 58, had been shot. His body was found around 10 pm.
