FCB Supernovas Steel Orchestra hosts the event which brings people of all walks of life to a space which takes them back in time and teaches about the cuisine and culture of a people long forgotten.

Patrons can be on hand to witness the villagers cooking the food which they will serve for lunch.

Parang music helps in transporting patrons into the rustic times of the people of the area and they will be serenaded by Voces Jovenes and Los Alumnos De San Juan.

When it comes to the national instrument hosts Supernovas will be joined by NGC Couva Joylanders, Massy Trinidad All Stars and reigning Panorama champions BP Renegades.

The live entertainment will begin at 5 pm and music will be supplied by Millennium Sound Company.
