Acting Assistant Chief Fire Officer for Tobago Andy Hutchinson and Angelo Hutchinson of Rockley Vale appeared before the Scarborough Magistrates' Court yesterday charged with obstructing a police officer and dangerous driving.

Both men pleaded not guilty.

Angelo, who was the driver at the time, allegedly failed to produce his driver's licence to a police officer stopping and searching cars on February 25. Hutchinson is then alleged to have tried to obstruct the officer.

Both men appeared before third court magistrate Duane Murray. They are expected to reappear on May 31.
