Ban bare bottoms too

THE EDITOR: The Minister of National Security must be commended for proposing that all glass bottles be banned on Carnival Monday and Tuesday. In particular, all beer bottles would be banned.

The minister would be commended even more if all bare bottoms were also banned on Carnival Monday and Tuesday.
