RED FORCE batsman Darren Bravo has been recalled to the Windies squad for the Test series against England starting on January 23 in Barbados. Bravo has not played Test cricket since November 2016, after a dispute with Cricket West Indies president Dave Cameron.

With that issue fully resolved, the 29-year-old returned to international duty last month for the limited overs portion of the tour of Bangladesh. The left-hander failed to impress but continues to push for form as he seeks to reclaim his place in the Test side. He featured for the Red Force in their recent four-day victory vs Jamaica Scorpions, scoring a solid 38 off 100 deliveries (three fours, one six) in the second innings.

FULL SQUAD: Jason Holder (captain), Kraigg Brathwaite, Darren Bravo, Shamarh Brooks, John Campbell, Roston Chase, Shane Dowrich, Shannon Gabriel, Shimron Hetmyer, Shai Hope, Alzarri Joseph, Kemar Roach, Jomel Warrican. NOTE: Oshane Thomas has been called up as cover for Alzarri Joseph.
