Family silent on San Juan murder

RELATIVES of 27-year-old Brandon “Skeletor” Barker, the 13th murder victim for the year, declined to comment on his death while awaiting the results of an autopsy at the Forensic Science Centre today.

While the family did not wish to speak to media, the autopsy confirmed that Barker, who was found dead at home early this morning, died from gunshot wounds.

Police said at about 12.30 am yesterday, a neighbour was in his bedroom when he heard gunshots.

He checked and found Barker, of LP 17 Mt Hope Road Extension, Mt Hope, lying dead in his bedroom with gunshot wounds to his stomach.
