Night danger

THE EDITOR: I wrote a letter to the newspapers in November 2013 asking the then commissioner of police and to a larger extent the Police Service if they were aware that people are driving at night with their car lights off.

I am now appealing to new Commissioner Gary Griffith to put a end to this dangerous practice by ignorant drivers. This is a danger to law-abiding drivers and pedestrians. I also ask Arrive Alive to take note.
