Lyons: Affected Greenvale homes to be completed in February

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) managing director Brent Lyons says repair work to all of the Greenvale Park units in La Horquetta that have been affected by last October's floods should be completed by the end of February.

He said of the 483 units that were affected, 50 have already been completed, signed off and handed over, while the others were in various stages of completion.

Lyons said a major challenge in the HDC's ability to fast-track repair work was the availability of homeowvers.

Lyons and an HDC technical crew toured some of the units at Phase 3, Greenvale, where repair work was in progress.
