Pan-American welcomes new TT head

Pan-American Life Insurance Group (Palig) has named Kevin Davis company vice president for regional corporate business in TT.

Palig announced the appointment in a release yesterday.

Davis will be responsible for managing the company’s regional group health business, including employee benefits solutions for small to large companies.

He will also be responsible for developing strategies that are aligned to group-level goals, promoting market expansion in the Caribbean. He will report to Greer Quan, Palig's CEO for the Caribbean.

“Kevin is a dynamic sales and marketing executive, with a proven track record of growing revenues and marketing individual and group products in creative ways,” said José S. Suquet, Palig's group chairman, president and CEO. “We welcome him to the Palig team."

Davis has more than 20 years' experience in sales and marketing management, broker and client relationship management, business development and strategic planning in the insurance industry. He has held leadership positions for companies such as Guardian General Insurance, Nagico Insurance TT, and Colonial Fire Insurance Company. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and is a Doctoral candidate from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University Edinburg, Scotland.
