COP new politicsreaches Guyana

THE EDITOR: Charandass Persaud’s conscience vote that has caused the Guyana Government to collapse, follows the precedent set by Carolyn Seepersad-Bachan, political leader of the COP, and Winston Dookeran when, on a conscious vote, they voted against the Kamla Persad-Bissessar government on the Constitution Amendment Bill.
