Three in court for policeman's murder

Two men and a 17-year-old boy were remanded into custody after they appeared before an Arima magistrate this afternoon for the murder of PC Kryston Ramirez.

Alex Sumair and Marvin Madoo, along with the teen were charged jointly for the murder. The magistrate remanded Sumair and Madoo to the Golden Grove prison in Arouca, and the teen to the Youth Training Centre.

Attorney Fareed Ali represented Sumair and the teen, while Joshua Hamlet represented Madoo.
