Gary wants Sex Island info

POLICE Commissioner Gary Griffith is asking any law-abiding citizen with information on the location, date and time of the highly publicized party involving prostitutes and drugs; to come forward with information.

The Commissioner is also asking informants to text the Commissioner’s number at 482-(GARY)/482-4279. Commissioner Griffith who issued a press release yesterday to solicit the public’s assistance said he was unsure if the advertised sex party was real or a hoax.

However, he noted that all measures have been put in place to put a stop to this event if it is in fact taking place. Both police and immigration sources said yesterday they are working closely with the Coast Guard to monitor the Monos and GasparGrande islands where there are private jetties. Sources said yachts can arrive at the two islands and then people can gain access to the two islands to attend the party if it is fact taking place between tonight and Sunday.
