Treat non-union workers fairly

THE EDITOR: The CEO of TSTT must be commended for the new copper-less technology and other efforts to bring modern technology to the network.

In the midst of his efforts at restructuring, redundancy is being applied to certain job functions and it here I urge him to treat fairly with those workers who are not protected by the umbrella of the CWU.

This class of workers may be managers or professionals whose positions may or may not fall in the new structure. They would have worked assiduously and complemented his efforts to bring the network to world standards.

I urge him to let human equity be applied to them as well and commend his efforts to recreate a new technology for citizens at a company owned by all of TT.
