Tobago guard finds strange man sleeping in bed

A 55-year-old security guard walked into her bedroom at her Scarborough home on Sunday and found a man sleeping comfortably in her bed.

The man gained entry by forcing open a window at the side of the house.

The woman told police she left her Sangster Hill home around 5.45 pm on Saturday and returned around 5.03 am on Sunday when she she found the man.

She called out for help but the man attempted to overpower her and escaped through the same window from which he entered earlier.
