CANCER patients who are terminally-ill will be the beneficiaries of the One Night In December concert being staged by the QEDTT Company Ltd.

The concert, in its fourth year, is the brainchild of Nigel Floyd, Edward Cumberbatch and Raymond Edwards, who are the members of QEDTT. Each has been personally affected by cancer and they understand how providing financial support, no matter how small, helps, said a media release.

An Intimate Evening with QEDTT takes place on December 14 and 15 at the St Dominic’s Pastoral Centre at St Finbar’s Roman Catholic Church, Morne Coco Road, Diego Martin. Part proceeds will go to support the Vitas House.

Massy Trinidad All Stars will start the entertainment from 7.30 pm, followed by the main show at 8 pm highlighting the dexterity of a sextet of musicians comprising Patrick Johnson on keys, Ajibola Sheena Richardson on percussion, Dean Williams on guitar, Richard Joseph on drums, Jeremy McIntosh on bass, and Tony Paul on sax and flute. The concert will take on another dimension when the St Hilaire Brothers team up with QEDTT for their performance.

Tickets are $250 and are available from the Dominican Book Centre, Morne Coco Road, Diego Martin and from all members of the group.
