Laventille teen murdered

Members of the homicide bureau region 1 are investigating the murder of a 15-year-old Laventille boy after he was shot and killed in the garage of his home last night.

Police confirmed Isaiah Marshall, a student of the Barataria South Secondary School was liming with a friend at his Eastern Quarry Road, Laventille, home at around 9 pm when two masked gunmen entered the garage and shot at the boys.

Marshall's friend ran away as he was shot in the head and body. Constable Antoine of the Inter Agency Task Force responded to the report.

The officers were later joined by members of the Besson Street CID and a district medical officer.
