Highway madness

THE EDITOR: When will the majority of people and the powers that be wake up and realise that we are in a crisis, admit that we are in a crisis and begin to put serious measures in place to put a significant dent in crime?

The shooting on the Beetham Highway last week in traffic is further evidence that TT has become one of the most dangerous places in the world. Innocent people could have lost their lives meaninglessly as the madness in this country goes to yet another frightening level.
