Cop's father shot

WESTERN Division police are investigating the midday murder of a pensioner.

Police said Charles Campbell, of Ramjohn Trace, Elegore Street, Diego Martin, was lured out of his home by his killer, who asked about a car parked outside the house.

Campbell's daughter, a police constable, was in the gallery at the time.

When Campbell came outside he was shot several times by the man who then escaped on foot.
