I found my rainbow

THE EDITOR: When the rain falls, I look for a rainbow. On Thursday, I found my rainbow at the Arima Licensing office. Fifteen minutes in all is what it took to have my Driver's Licence renewed. And there was pleasantry all around. With the recent floods in Arima some had to row and some had to run. Did someone say Rohan ?
