OPPOSITION Leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar kicked off debate on the 2019 budget this morning at 10 o'clock in the Parliament, Port of Spain.

The following is Persad-Bissessar's response to Finance Minister Colm Imbert's budget which was presented in the House on Monday.
