How does it feel, Sat?

THE EDITOR: How happy I felt to see our national instrument the steel pan being played at the World Scout Jamboree by a 16-year-old student of East Indian descent from Naparima College.

I ask myself how must Sat Maharaj be feeling about this. Remember this gentleman was not too happy when our late prime minister, the visionary Patrick Manning, declared the steel pan as the national instrument of TT back 1991.
