Great team of cops at the Four Roads station

THE EDITOR: When our police seem to do wrong we “blaze” them, so when they do things right we should raise them high with recognition for a job well done.

Recently, I had to assist a family member with an issue which required police assistance and we had to visit the Four Roads Police Station.

My family member was not from the district but Four Roads officers did not give him any problems about that. They listened, asked questions and came up with solutions, which resolved the issue amicably.

From the time we entered the station, on two occasions (one week apart), the level of customer service was of a high professional standard and I was in awe to experience such remarkable service. The officers were so helpful and pleasant to deal with that I could not just say “thank you” to them but felt the need to thank their seniors for having such a great team.

Thanks to the following officers: WPC Lewis, WPC Augustine Henry, Cpl York, Cpl Jones, and PC Dennis.

There was also an officer assisting Lewis when we visited on June 30 whose name I did not get to be recognised in this group, but he also played a great part, working as a team in protecting and serving not only my family but those they came in contact with while we were waiting.

We did not get any special treatment as I saw the same professional service extended to others on both occasions. These offices were genuinely polite, pleasant and professional.

Officers, you have certainly made us and the Police Service very proud. Keep up the good work.
