‘Bodow’ murdered in Enterprise

POLICE are trying to establish a motive behind the murder of a 35-year-old man, who was killed near his home in Enterprise yesterday morning.

The man has been identified as Ravi “Bodow” Ramsook of Tobago Road, Enterprise. Police said, at about 12.20 am, they responded to a report of gunshots at Maxee Street, off Tobago Road.

When they responded, they found Ramsook lying in a pool of blood, with a gunshot wound to his head. He was still breathing, but was barely clinging to life as he was gasping for air. Police and emergency services took Ramsook to the Chaguanas district facility, but he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Police said Ramsook was known to them, and had been a suspect in several firearm and narcotic-related offences.
