TTOC hail martial arts student

Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee (TTOC) president Brian Lewis congratulated Chinese kung fu wushu and tai chi student of the year 2017 Stefan O’Neil, at the TTOC Olympic House on Abercromby Street in Port of Spain, recently.

O’Neil, a student at UWI, won two gold medals when he competed at the Pan American Traditional Wushu Championships in Costa Rica in August. President of the Wushu Association of TT Rahman Khabir said this country has now won 30 medals in Pan American Championships over the years.

Khabir won two medals for TT in 2002 and since then have guided athletes to follow in his footsteps.
