TrinidadRealtor.com to host awards

TrinidadRealtor.com will host the highly anticipated third annual Real Estate Awards on Monday at the Government Plaza Auditorium in Port of Spain. This award show is recognized as an evening of elegance, held in order to recognize excellence in the real estate community.

One of the more anticipated award categories is Agency of the Year, which is divided into three categories based on agency size. Nominees include Carr Realty, SFL Real Estate, Island Real Estate, Lindsey Realty and Property Management and Homestead Real Estate for Agency of the Year (Small).

GenX Real Estate Solutions, Alcazar Realtors, House Hunters, Sair Real Estate Service and Vesta Properties are in the running for Agency of the Year (Medium). Nominees for the Agency of the Year (Large) include 1 On 1 Realty, Dynamic Real Estate, Guillen Realty, Stuart Spiers Real Estate Services and Tucker Real Estate.

The nominees and subsequent winners were chosen by their colleagues, as only the real estate members of TrinidadRealtor.com were allowed to take part in the voting process. Other categories include Agent of the Year, Best Showing Agent, Interior Designer of the Year and Valuator of the Year, to name a few.

This year, TrinidadRealtor.com Real Estate Awards will honour Steve Plimmer of Plimmer Real Estate with this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award for almost 20 years of contribution to the industry.
