Missing girl found, two other people go missing

A 15-year-old girl who was reported missing just over a week ago has been found by police, while two more people – a 25-year-old San Fernando woman and another 15-year-old girl – have gone missing.

Sabrina Edmund, a teenager from Agatito Road, Santa Flora, was reported missing by her mother Crystal last Tuesday. Yesterday, a media release from the police said she had been found and reunited with her family.

While the police thanked the public for their assistance in finding Edmund, they also asked for more assistance in locating another Celine Chatoor.

Chatoor, a form four pupil of Fyzabad Composite School, was reported missing on Wednesday at the Siparia Police Station by her mother Anisa Harripersad. Chatoor was last seen at her home at Oropouche Road, Siparia, at about 3.30 pm on Tuesday.

She is of mixed descent; five foot, four inches tall, with a slim build, a light brown complexion and black hair. She has a scar on her forehead and a birthmark on the left side of her neck. Chatoor was last seen wearing a white vest.

And Nicolette Durgadeen of Palmiste, San Fernando was also reported missing.

Her mother Nicole Hilaire made a report at the San Fernando police station on Monday. She was last seen at her home at about 9 am on October 13. Durgadeen is of mixed descent; five foot, eight inches tall; slim built; light brown complexion and shoulder-length curly hair. She was last seen wearing a cream shirt, a long black dress and black sandals. She has tattoos on both wrists and one on her lower back.
