"Missing woman" returns; went for a walk

A Diego Martin woman who was reported missing by her mother was reportedly not missing but went for "a walk."

On Tuesday the Police Service asked the public for assistance in locating 30 year-old Jessica De Lima.

The release stated the resident of Ridgewood Tower D, Diego Martin, was last seen at the Boissiere Village RC School, Maraval around 7:15pm on Saturday October 28. De Lima, who is of Caucasian descent, five feet six inches tall, slim built, with blue eyes and long blonde hair, was reported missing to the Four Roads Police Station around 4:45pm on Monday October 30, by her mother, Lisa Kelshall.

Newsday spoke to relatives on Friday and was informed there was "some miscommunication" and De Lima "went for a walk."

"We are grateful she has returned," a relative said.
