THE EDITOR: On May 10, I applied for the bundled phone and internet service from TSTT. I paid the necessary fees. I was told it would take approximately ten working days for the services to be connected.
Within the ten days a technician came by and he was unable to do the necessary work. According to him, someone else would have to carry out work on a pole to get the necessary signal/service.
It has been over four months since the technician came and I am still without service. What is the delay?
After daily phone calls, I am pleading for help from TSTT. No one can say when I will be getting the service. What is the problem? How much longer do I have to wait?
I continue to get a bill for service I am yet to receive. Why? Please, I need the phone and the Internet service as soon as possible. Somebody at TSTT, please help.
