Horses rated 60-45 in Saturday’s feature

A RACE framed for horses rated 60-45 will be the feature of an eight-race programme at Santa Rosa Park, Arima, on Saturday.

Nine horses have been entered for the 1100 metres sprint scheduled to be run off on the turf course, with a total prize of $34,000.

A total of 73 horses have been entered for the eight races with a biggest field of 14 in the day’s fifth race, the first Hi5 betting event.

Turfites will have a Hi5 single winner bonus of $21,656.24 to aim for.

Added to this will be an $11,161.49 single winner bonus on the Superfecta

The Pick 6 has a carry over prize of over $12,000 while another $12,000 is on offer in the Place 8. The day’s racing is timed toget underway at 1 pm.
