THE EDITOR: Were Minister of Public Administration and Communications Maxie Cuffie’s political opponents justified in calling for his removal from office, based on his Easter message? I could find no grounds for a right-thinking person to even think of making such a call. You be the judge.

THE EDITOR: A disturbing trend is emerging that when ever the Dr Keith Rowley-led PNM’s incompetence is exposed it resorts to default mode — blame the PP for corruption.

THE EDITOR: It has been over five years and spanning two administrations and to date no one can get the workers at the Licensing Department on Wrightson Road to work for a full day. The labour situation in TT is in a terrible place.

THE EDITOR: I was horrified to read about 13-year-old Danielle Flavinney becoming partially paralysed after receiving the first round of the human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccine.

THE EDITOR: This is in response to letter writer B Sandy from Maraval for his ill-informed “High flyers” prognosis.

THE EDITOR: When will this end? It appears to me that the Ministry of Education can use any amount of statistics it wants; the principals can cry foul each time there are skewed complaints about violence in their schools; there could be dozens of stories about the anti-bullying measures and the police sports clubs and the peace marches and whatever(...)

THE EDITOR: I would like to suggest that Panka Street in St James be made oneway heading west between Vidale and Ethel Streets.
