THE EDITOR: This is an open letter to the Minister of Health. There is hardly a public building or facility that one can visit and find soap in the toilets. For example, check Piarco Airport, the Fast Ferries, the Hall of Justice. This list goes on. This does not make for a healthy nation. Do something now please.
