THE EDITOR: The Dinsley Main Road was recently repaved and the Ministry of Works and the contractor, Coosals, deserve credit for a job well done, in a very short time period (two days), and with a minimum of inconvenience to residents and motorists in general.

Unfortunately, there is a downside and that is that some motorists have already converted it into the country’s latest racing strip thereby endangering the lives of residents and other motorists. I therefore call on the Ministry of Works to have speed bumps urgently installed on this road to minimise the risk of a serious accident.
