THE EDITOR: I think that the citizens needed some kind of sign to show them that the Government’s laws are made for the benefit of society. A man’s finger was bitten off by a pitbull on Tuesday! The owner allegedly did not secure his dogs properly and this is what happened. Who is going to compensate this man who has to walk around with his finger in a jar?

This is what the Government is talking about; I am deeply sorry for the victim in this situation but this incident should bring about awareness of what could happen if pitbulls are running about the place! They are capable of ripping people to shreds if they are not careful. I think we should all come together and agree to agree with the Government. It is the only way we can ensure these incidents never occur again!
