Raymond Choo Kong Production’s new comedy, How It Hang, It Swing! has been held over at the Central Bank Auditorium, Port-of-Spain.

The play opened to sold-out audiences on June 20 and stars veteran actors Raymond Choo Kong and Cecilia Salazar did not disappoint, hitting the capacity hall for six with their expert stage antics. However it was the seven newcomers who were the real shock of the production.

Conrad Parris stunned the audience when his character suddenly transformed from a clean-cut lawyer to a deaf-bumbling mad-man.

Abeo “Abi” Jackson and Cacique Award winner, Sasha Clarke, play wives of wealthy men who just can’t help adding to the “rumours” of the night’s events, consistently sending the audiences into gales of laughter everytime they open their mouths.

Supporting the onstage antics was Trevon Jugmohan, newcomer to the stage, as the smart-mouth accountant, who’s neck is badly in need of a brace and who can’t help tongue-lashing anyone and everyone who aggravates him.

Marlon Mottley and Rachel Bascombe, the mis-matched couple, perfected the “lovey-dovey” couple that we all love to hate. Rounding out the cast is Chris Smith, who perfected the portal of the ruthless – yet uninformed – constable Cruickshank. How It Hang, It Swing returns to the Central Bank Auditorium for three nights, Friday July 6 to Sunday July 8.
