Seek China help, Mr PM

THE EDITOR: When Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley visits China later this month, he should seek the help of the Chinese in developing our agriculture in Chaguaramas and Caroni.

Now is the time to begin this sector in earnest as our foreign exchange is being exhausted by the importation of food and vehicles.
