Charge the turtle riders

THE EDITOR: If we continue just making threats, believe me, people will go the same direction in their wrong doings.

There are basic things that are unlawful and our population is aware of them but refuse to comply. I am appealing to the necessary authorities to implement what is written in black and white under the law. This is simple, who cannot hear must be made to feel. Hit them where it hurts the most; the pocket. Let those turtle riders who abuse these sea creatures which are unable to defend themselves know enough is enough. Also, for the litter bugs and those who choose not to take care of vacant properties, please have the relevant departments deal with that also. Citizens must understand that they must respect their country and obey the laws therein.
