No WASA bottled water yet

PUBLIC Utilities Minister Robert Le Hunte yesterday told members of the House of Representatives that the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) has taken no decision to produce its own brand of bottled water.

Le Hunte also said the cost of setting up and launching a WASA app for e-billing, rapid response and repair was approximately $133,400. He said the app has been working very well with water leaks being reported to WASA and the leaks being repaired.

Le Hunte said some 1,680 people have downloaded the WASA app to date and it has received a rating of 4.25 out of five stars online. The minister also said the total cost for TSTT to rebrand Bmobile was $4 million.
