Angel found safe and sound

SEVEN days after 15-year-old Angel Bonnell was reported missing last week Friday she is home.

“Angel came home on Tuesday night,” her grandmother Joan Francis said.

“She told us her phone was not working and she was by a friend of hers in Chin Chin. She is okay and doing well.”

Bonnell, a St Augustine Secondary School student, who occasionally lives with one of her aunts in Kelly Village, Caroni was reported missing by Francis to Caroni police.

Francis said Bonnell’s aunt last saw her in her school uniform before she left for school on Friday last at about 8.30 am.

In a brief interview yesterday, Francis said she was thankful to God and happy Angel was back.

“I want to thank everyone for their support and prayers for my Angel to return home safely. It was not easy, having sleepless nights not knowing where she was or what went wrong.

“I can’t stop thanking and praising God for her safe return because we have been praying non-stop.”
