Tobago has recorded its first murder for 2018. Dead is 47-year-old entrepreneur James Wise. Though details are still sketchy, Newsday Tobago understands that Wise, the father of three, was found unresponsive at around 6 am in the yard of his home at Crompston Trace in Crown Point yesterday morning.

Police sources said Wise was found lying face down and there were visible chop wounds on his head.
