Tobago has recorded its first murder for 2018. Dead is 47-year-old entrepreneur James Wise. Though details are still sketchy, Newsday Tobago understands that Wise, the father of three, was found unresponsive at around 6 am in the yard of his home at Crompston Trace in Crown Point yesterday morning.
