Police investigating "Caged child" video

Officers of the Child Protection Unit are currently examining video footage of a nude child trapped inside a small cage and being video taped by a male relative.

The 28-second long video which surfaced on social media yesterday afternoon showed the child cursing the relatives as he recorded him.

Officers are currently seeking to verify the video's authenticity. More as this becomes available.
