Body of Morvant man found in car trunk in south

The body of a man was found in the trunk of a car early yesterday morning close to the Brian Lara Cricket Academy.

According to a police report, the man has been identified as Kerwin Bochan, 42. Bochan's body was discovered in the trunk of a silver Mitsubishi Lancer car around 12.40 am on the Tasker Road close to the Brian Lara Cricket Academy. Police said the body bore gunshot wounds.

Bochan, police said, is from Coconut Drive, Morvant. The report also stated that he was someone who was well known to the police. Southern Division Homicide officers are continuing investigations.
