Thin edge of wedge

THE EDITOR: The revelations by Education Facilities Company Ltd ex-chairman Arnold Piggott before a parliamentary joint select committee that corruption caused him to quit his position is just the thin edge of the wedge where this dishonest or fraudulent conduct is concerned at the higher levels of our society.

It is shame we haven’t got more honest, upright and influential citizens like Piggott in order to bring to light the truth behind the levels of corporate corruption being practised by those wearing the mask of honour and respectability.
