Beloved local crooner Kelwyn Hutcheon will be performing at Fiesta Plaza next Saturday and for the popular Carols by Candlelight on Sunday.

On December 9, at Fiesta Plaza MovieTowne at 8.30 pm Hutcheon will be accompanied by the Orville Roach Trio and special guest Rosezanna Winchester who will be performing a duet with Hutcheon. “Many of your very favourite Christmas songs both local and overseas are on the programme so come down and enjoy,” Hutcheon said.

Hutcheon will also be featured at the popular Carols by Candlelight event on December 10. The annual event has been held since it was introduced in Trinidad in 1982 by Australian Bruce McLeod and TT national Dr Ralph Hoyte and Hutcheon has been a regular performer. It was not held in 2015 but resumed in 2016.

At Carols by Candlelight, Hutcheon will be joined by Stephanie Nahous, Yohan Chuckaree, Natalia Dopwell, The Carib Santa Rosa Parang Group and the Providence Girls Choir. The event is hosted by President Anthony Carmona and will be held at President’s Grounds at 5.30 pm. It is free to the public and candles will be distributed to attendees. “Come and enjoy the most popular public Christmas concert now running for more than 25 years,” Hutcheon said.
