Missing PH driver found murdered

Less than 24 hours after he was reported missing, the body of a PH Driver was found in Siparia yesterday morning.

Sudesh Dhanraj, 30, of Standard Road, Fyzabad was found with bullet wounds to his head in a forested area off Alta Gracia Trace. Police said, at about 12.30 pm a passerby saw Dhanraj’s body. Dhanraj, who worked the Fyzabad/Siparia route, left his Fyzabad home at about 3.30 pm on Tuesday.

He did not return home. He was reported missing at the Fyzabad Police Station by his mother.

Investigators believe he was robbed of his car while working and then shot dead. An autopsy is expected to be done today at the Forensic Sciences Centre.
