A business trip to China?

THE EDITOR: I see we have suddenly become a very important nation and have been chosen as one of the ten selected to attend a conference in China.

What on earth could be of interest to us in such a faraway land? Did someone volunteer to partake in this strange gathering in this time of recession? This is amazing and most puzzling.

Perhaps the Chinese have heard us talking about building a bridge between Tobago and Trinidad and is a simply looking at a chance to make a mint, thus our inclusion in this meeting of heads of government.
