Interactive market for Scarborough

Entrepreneurs in Tobago will soon have an opportunity to showcase their products at a new interactive marketplace to be set up in Scarborough, on the Greens at the Port.

Secretary of Tourism, Culture and Transportation Nadine Stewart-Phillips said the initiative is to support economic diversification.

“This project seeks to provide local artisans with a space to showcase and market their products thereby generating greater income for the artisans and building our local items,” Stewart-Phillips said.

She said the Division was also partnering with the Tobago Certified Tour Guide Association to ensure tour guides were available to visitors for tours in and around Scarborough.
